This position will assist clients by providing quality stock administration services. Plans can include stock options, restricted stock, ESPP, performance shares, or other equity instruments based on client requirements.

Possible "Temp to Hire"
Monday - Friday - 40 hours a week, Some flexiblity on schedule
Pay: $17 - 19/hr.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding customer service to clients
Provide stock plan administration services to multiple clients simultaneously on a remote basis which include:
Process daily option exercises and restricted stock releases
Process Section 16 and 10b5-1 transactions
Process ESPP Purchases and disqualifying disposition tracking
Assist with monthly and quarterly reporting
Provide responses to employee inquiries on various equity compensation related questions
Train clients in software usage or general equity compensation principles
Write procedures and help clients implement them
Assist clients with database tasks


Strong customer service skills
Proficient in MS Office, strong MS Excel skills
Ability to work as a team or independently
Detail oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
Ability to multi-task is a must
Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner, both verbally and in writing
Strong work ethic and ability to work independently and as part of a team
Self motivated and able to work with little supervision
Bachelor degree required with an emphasis in Finance or Accounting strongly preferred
