Be detail oriented and extremely organized, multitask, have great communication skills and have professional appearance.
Operate a multiple line telephone and direct all calls to the proper personnel
Set up and coordinate conference calls and meetings.
Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to photocopying, faxing, shipping and filing.
Support management with occasional project assignments.
Work well in a group collaborative setting and be a self-starter
Experience with Office 365, Payroll, Accounting, Salesforce and Federal Express is a plus.
Qualified candidates must pass a background check and provide DMV record upon initial job offer.
